Olá a todos.

Eu adquiri recentemente um notebook que veio com o KeeP OS de fábrica, interface Gnome. Ele pediu pra atualizar o OS, e atualizou para o Debian 10 Buster.

Até aí OK, porém agora ele não reconhece a placa de rede. Estou usando um celular Android como antena WI-FI através do Blueetoth.

Não manjo muito de Linux, e o Notebook seria à princípio apenas pra estudo/trabalho.

Na saída acima não aparece placa de rede. Tente lspci -businfo p ver melhor.
Rode dmesg | grep pci p ver msg de erro

Eu acho que consegui resolver.

Dei boot com uma versão Kernel antiga, e ele conectou no WI-FI, porém, ainda parece não ter reconhecido a placa de rede...

lspci -businfo o terminal não encontrou.

Enfim, por hora está resolvido o problema, mas eu gostaria de entender o porque o Kernel mais atual não identifica a placa de rede, e no Kernel antigo ela funciona.
