Como instalar o Office no linux mint 17.1.

Já instalei o WINE e o Playonlinux e mesmo assim da "erro fatal". Não consigo prosseguir com a instalação.

Instale a versão estável Wine1.6:

$ sudo apt-get install wine1.6 

Configure o wine:

$ winecfg 

Deve pedir para baixar e instalar o Mono e Gekco. Se não, faça manualmente:

Wine Mono 0.0.8:

$ wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/wine/files/Wine%20Mono/0.0.8/wine-mono-0.0.8.msi/download

Wine Gecko 2.21:

$ wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/wine/files/Wine%20Gecko/2.21/wine_gecko-2.21-x86.msi/download

$ mv *.msi ~/.cache/wine/ 

Na aba Bibliotecas adicione estas libs:

msxml3; riched20; riched32; rpcrt4 

Monte a ISO do MS Office (Melhor usar ISO em vez do CD/DVD)

$ sudo mkdir /mnt/cdrom

$ sudo mount -o loop -t iso9660 /../../Microsoft-Office-2007.iso /mnt/cdrom/

$ wine /mnt/cdrom/setup.exe

Fiz o que me sugeriu fazer, mas mesmo assim não consigo instalar o office. A Mensagem que aparece '"erro fatal" e me manda instalar o WINBIND, só que quando vou tentar fazer isto usando o comando $ apt-get install winbind sou informado de que não é possível e acesso negado!
Quanto a pergunta do porquê do Office é porque ainda estou me familiarizando com o Libre office e tenho alguns prazos pra aentregas de trabalhos e não posso perder tempo aprendendo a configurar. Tenho insistido, mas o layout do office é mais fácil
