Ola pessoal, estou com a seguinte situacao,

Som e microfone nao funcionam no All In One 23v545 - Ubuntu 14.04. Se alguem puder ajudar.

Procure nas configurações o ícone de som.
Deve aparecer as opções de drive.

verifique na barra se existe o ícone do alto falante. clique com o botão direito do mouse e deve abrir as opções de device.

Você já instalou os drivers?
Comece por instalar

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

pode digitar na busca do synaptic

codecs

e instalar codecs adicionais de som e imagem

ja tentou aumentar o som com o alsamixer pelo terminal?abra o terminal e digite

sudo alsamixer 

aumente o som do PCM etc...

Ola, galera, agradeço as respostas, agora o som ja esta funcionando, so nao consegui ainda fazer funcionar o microfone... se alguem tiver uma dica...

Clique no icone do som+configuraçoes de som+entrada e aumente o volume do som
