1. Isc-dhcp-server não inicia automaticamente

Meu servidor Ubuntu 22.04 liga, mas não inicia o serviço isc-dhcp-server.
faço o login e inicio o comando # sysmtectl restart isc-dhcp-server. Aí funciona normalmente.

O erro indica que não há interface de rede.
Mas logo em seguida faço o login, executo o comando e tudo sai rodando.
