Ubuntu + AD Server 2008: Usuario de rede não consegue logar

Bom dia.
Tenho um ambiente com Server 2008 e estações Ubuntu adicionadas ao dominio Windows. Eu só consigo logar com uma conta de rede depois de logar com uma conta local e encerrar a sessão. Se eu ligar o computador e tentar logar direto com o usuario de rede recebo "usuario ou senha invalidos". Se eu não fizer nada, aguardar cerca de 2 minutos, o login é feito com sucesso com este mesmo usuario.
