Wireless no debian..

pessoal, to a dois dias tentando configurar a wireless no notebook e não tive sucesso. Estou mandando abaixo a saida de alguns comandos, para vocês terem ideia do que eu já fiz e de qual é meu hardware. Peço encarecidamente que alguem ajude.
