Limitando a banda do Kazaa com CBQ

Crie o arquivo com o nome cbq-0120.kazaa-in e o seguinte conteúdo:

DEVICE=eth0,10Mbit,1Mbit
RATE=50Kbit
WEIGHT=5Kbit
PRIO=5
RULE=:1214

e crie o arquivo com o nome cbq-0120.kazaa-out e o seguinte conteúdo:

DEVICE=eth1,10Mbit,1Mbit
RATE=50Kbit
WEIGHT=5Kbit
PRIO=5
RULE=:1214,

Pronto, ninguém na rede vai usar o Kazaa com velocidade acima de 5K.

Você saberia dizer como limito apenas a banda nas portas em que o windows utiliza para fazer downloads?
