Até mesmo o 13.04 ainda está em desenvolvimento (rsrs).

Percebi após examinar a screenshot com mais atenção: é o 13.04.

Desculpe o erro, minha versão é a raring 13.04 :
Tem vários PPA's :
Caso queira mude para quantal, tem mais suporte.Esta é uma versão que oficialmente só sai em abril.

Muito show!!! Que dock é essa aí em cima do painel?

Essa dock é do Superkaramba, foi criada por mim a partir de duas outras.Já está disponível para download no kdeapps.org, precisa de uns ajustes.
O controle principal de mídia foi feito para o Kaffeine.
Não consigo adaptar o botão de power off para o kde4, já no kde3.5 funciona perfeitamente.
