recentemente chegou em minhas mãos um moto g4 plus xt1640 com o seguinte problema:
quando aperta pra ligar entra na tela de bootloader logs com uma mensagem:

"your device didn't start up successfully.
Use the software repair Assistant on computer to repair your device.
connect your device to your computer to get the software repair assistant."

porem o software de reparação é o verizon e o dispositivo não é identificado!

ja tentei passar todas as roms possíveis para ele dês do android 6.0.1 ao 7.1.1, mas o
dispositivo esta bloqueado no bootloader e não instala nenhuma rom.

Mano, meu celular deu o mesmo problema ontem e eu fiquei até agora tentando resolver. Acabei de recuperar ele.
Procura pela ROM mais recente. A que eu encontrei foi a npjs25.93-14-15, que baixei no link abaixo. Após baixar, basta executar os mesmos comandos que você executou antes.
