Apache 2.4.10 não inicia Debian 8

Olá galera,

Agradeço desde já a ajuda de todos. Não sou um expert em linux e por isso estou aqui humildemente para solicitar a ajuda de vocês.

Atualizei meu servidor debian versão 7 whezzy para a versão 8 jessie. porém meu apache nao está funcionando.

quando mando iniciar pelo service apache2 start me retorna o seguinte erro: Job for apache2.service failed. See 'systemctl status apache2.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.

executo: Job for apache2.service failed e me retorna algumas informações.

verifiquei o syslog cat /var/log/syslog e retorna outro erro:

já verifique ia linha 140 no arquivo apache2.conf e está da seguinte forma:

IncludeOptional mods-enabled/*.load
IncludeOptional mods-enabled/*.conf
