Erro "recipe for target 'all' failed"

Bom dia comunidade!

Tudo começou quando eu estava tentando instalar o CUPS em um servidor Debian 8.
O APT disponibiliza a versão 1.7.4 (se não me engano) nos repositórios oficiais mas eu sou pêlo duro e quero instalar a última versão (2.2.4).

Baixei do GITHUB e, ao dar um ./configure, rodou tudo que é uma beleza. Quando digitei make, apareceu o seguinte:

Estou meio empacado aqui... Alguém passou por isso e tem uma luz pra me passar?
