Erro na inicialização

Olá Amigos,

Sou iniciante em linux, em fevereiro instalei o debian em um HP Proliant ML110 Gen9.

Ele esta rodando alguns serviços como o ad, dns, dhcp ... etc
Porem, hoje ele nao esta iniciando. Quando eu ligo ele para na seguinte mensagem :

tg3 0000:02:00.0 eth0:host status block .....
tg3 0000:02:00.0 eth0:NAPI info [ ........]

pode a interface de rede com problema
terias como colocar outra placa de rede e desativar essa que esta atualmente ?
tive o mesmo problema e era a placa de rede com problema

Apos alterar a interface o erro permanece.
