Lançador com apps em chinês após mudança para kernel surface

Olá, boa tarde

Para resolver a falta de touch screen no meu Surface usando o Deepin 23, instalei o kernel surface.

Agora tudo funciona, exceto a câmera.

No entanto algo estranho aconteceu com o Launcher. Ele ficou vazio e não deixando incluir ou mexer em nada lá.

Fiz algumas tentativas como matar o processo, rodar o comando dde-launcher --show, criar outro usuário e tentar rodar por lá, mudar o idioma do sistema, resetar, desligar e esperar um pouco, entre outros.

Agora consegui que ele voltasse a funcionar mais ou menos (parece que antes era mais bonito, elegante).

No entanto os programas estão em chinês, então se você pesquisar pelos programas, não irá encontrá-los.

Alguém teria alguma ideia do que poderia ser feito neste caso?
