Remover Gnome 3 e retornar ao Unity no Ubuntu 14.04 [RESOLVIDO]

Olá pessoal, boa noite

Sou novo aqui no fórum e novo usuário de SOs Linux.

Será se alguém poderia me ajudar?

Instalei o gnome 3 no Ubuntu 14.04 com Unity, mas algumas coisas não estão funcionando corretamente. Queria saber uma maneira de remover o Gnome 3 retornar ao Unity novamente, já que não consigo iniciar uma sessão pelo Unity desde que instalei o gnome 3.

No terminal: sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop

Reinicie a sessão e veja se tem o opções de iniciação para o Ubuntu.

Eu fiz o que pediu olha o que apareceu:

Tente, então, primeiro: sudo apt-get install -f

Vá a programas e atualizações => outros programas e desabilite a PPA.

Depois no terminal:

sudo apt-get update

Vi em algum fórum que o PPA do GNOME 3 está corrompendo de alguma forma o Ubuntu.

Veja se consegue reiniciar a sessão. Se não conseguir e pelo jeito também não consegue reinstalar o Unity, não vejo outra opção senão reinstalar o sistema. Se optar por reinstalar e tiver a partição /home separada, fica mais fácil.
