Olá, pessoal.
Há algum tempo meu notebook vem apresentando travamentos inesperados. Esse travamento não deixa eu fazer nada, apenas resta a solução de ir direto no botão power e desligar na marra. Dei uma olhada no log do sistema e verifiquei algumas coisas, vou colar aqui pra vocês verem.

Observem o que está em negrito. Aqui está na cor vermeha indicando algum problema. Não sei se esse é o caso do problema, mas estou desesperado pra achar uma solução, pois está me dando muita dor de cabeça, pois sempre acabo perdendo tudo que estou fazendo. O notebook é novo e tem menos de um ano de uso, inclusive ainda está na garantia. Desde já, agradeço!

Ele estava dando esse problema no Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Troquei para Linux Mint e deu a mesma coisa. Por último troquei pelo Fedora 23 e continua com o mesmo problema. Será que o problema resolveria se trocasse apenas o ambiente gráfico, já que em outros sistemas o problema era o mesmo?

Se nos outros sistemas você usava Gnome também, é possível que sim.
Tente o que o amigo indicou e veja se resolve.

Vou trocar o ambiente gráfico, mas acredito que não seja esse o problema, pois quando eu usa o Ubuntu, usava o Unity e quando usava o Mint, usava o Cinnamon. Então usei vários ambientes que deram o mesmo problema. Mas mesmo assim vou fazer a troca para verificar.

Ubuntu/unity e LM/cinnamon são baseados no gnome .
Por isso sugeri desktop mais leve xfce ou mate que rodam bem até em netBook

hm.. entendi. Vou trocar para ver o que vai dar e deixo aqui o resultado. Mas eu gostei tanto desse ambiente, e é tão rápido haha. Fazer o que né, vou fazer o teste

Já instalei o xfce, mas não está entrando no ambiente dele. No inicialização não aparece a engrenagem pra eu dizer qual interface quero usar e ainda está no Gnome.

Instalei quase todas as distribuições e ambientes grádficos que pude e o notebook travou do mesmo jeito em todos elees.
Estou pensando em instalar o windows pra ver se o problema persiste, pois quando ainda o tinha, não tinha nenhum desses problemas. Quando decidi ir pro linux, começou aparecer esse travamento inesperado

Acho que é um problema relacionado ao Kernel ein, algum bug em relação ao hardware da maquina.

Uma pesquisada rápida aqui referente os trechos em negritos no google, apontam links relacionando bugs ao kernel, tenta fazer uma atualização de kernel para ver no que da, de preferência um kernel mais atualizado possível.

-já usei linux em 2014-2015 até em netbook com 2gb/ram
-acho que tem algum problema c/ seu hardware
