Boa noite,

Infelizmente VC baixou uma versão já sem suporte. Acabou em 07/2015. Baixe a versão estável 14.04.3 LTS que terá suporte até 04/2019.

-não vai funcionar mesmo pq vc está usando ubuntu sem suporte
-ubuntu14.10 foi lançado em outubro/2014 e está sem suporte e sem atualização desde julho/2015
-sugiro que faça bkp de seus arquivos e instale o 14.04-lts
