Quando você fala que a maquina congela pode ser falta de manutenção no HW ou o HD esta ruim.
Obrigado pela ajuda, o HD sempre funcionou bem no Win10 entao nao desconfiei de defeito nele. O teclado realmente e padrao americano, pq comprei ele em Nova Iorque. Pra usar o note so consigo com mouse wireless, com teclado wireless ABNT funciona certinho tambem. Esse modelo que voce envio link esta certo, esse modelo mesmo. Segue resultado dos testes
