Pela resposta, você está usando o Debian Testing.
Minha sources.list para o Testing está assim:
deb http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ buster main
# deb-src http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security/ buster/updates main contrib
# deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security/ testing/updates contrib main
# testing-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ buster-updates main contrib
# deb-src http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/ testing-updates contrib main
#Non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster main contrib non-free
# deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
# multimedia
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org/ buster main non-free
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org/ stable-backports main
# Debian Stable
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
# Debian Unstable
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
# Debian Experimental
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ experimental main contrib non-free
Meu "preferences" está assim:
Package: *
Pin: release a=testing
Pin-Priority:500
Package: *
Pin: release a=stable
Pin-Priority: 50
Package: *
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 50
Package: *
Pin: release a=experimental
Pin-Priority: 50
O último arquivo é importante para a estabilidade do Testing.
