libreoffice-java-common já é a versão mais nova.
Você deve querer executar 'apt-get -f install' para corrigí-los:
Os pacotes a seguir têm dependências desencontradas:
libreoffice-core : Depende: libreoffice-common (> 1:4.2.8) mas não será instalado
libreoffice-java-common : Depende: libreoffice-common mas não será instalado
E: Dependências desencontradas. Tente 'apt-get -f install' sem nenhum pacote (ou especifique uma solução).

Por favor, coloque o conteúdo do seu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list colado no fórum.
Há uma chance de ser repositórios desencontrados dentro dele.
