webRTC com Google Cloud SDK e Pyton

Tenho instalado a demo do https://appr-tc em uma máquina windows local. A ideia é migração opensource, mas o protótipo é windows.

Uso o Google Cloud SDK, Node.js 4.6.1 ou .611.1 e o Grunt .

e estou tendo problemas justamente ao tentar gerar o app com o grunt. Recebo o seguinte:
