Digita aí:
# blkid
ou
# ls -al /dev/disks/by-uuid
Daí o Sr. será apresentado às UUIDS dos dispositivos, meu exemplo:
~ » sudo blkid
/dev/sda1: LABEL="SAMSUNG_1TB" UUID="376D5C8731AF6B41" TYPE="ntfs" PARTUUID="0009a230-01"
/dev/sdb1: LABEL="MULTIMEDIA" UUID="4EBE9D4C027CF273" TYPE="ntfs" PARTUUID="7d131bb6-01"
/dev/sdc1: LABEL="debian" UUID="133e7a74-2fde-4da6-a7cf-da342b744afc" TYPE="ext4" PARTUUID="8a4ce50d-01"
/dev/sdc2: LABEL="slackware" UUID="ae53ef98-93ba-4df1-819b-b42329edcf33" TYPE="ext4" PARTUUID="8a4ce50d-02"
/dev/sdc3: LABEL="arquivos" UUID="509593ef-4159-4177-8dae-e22914d9c53a" TYPE="ext4" PARTUUID="8a4ce50d-03"
/dev/sdc5: UUID="a893d48a-ad1e-43e5-82b6-80f8a893a564" TYPE="swap" PARTUUID="8a4ce50d-05"
/dev/sdc6: LABEL="funtoo" UUID="2574dff8-059d-48b6-9336-fff91db7eadb" TYPE="ext4" PARTUUID="8a4ce50d-06"
~ »
Daí tu pega o teu fstab e deixa assim (de novo um exmplo prático):
UUID=2574dff8-059d-48b6-9336-fff91db7eadb / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1
UUID=a893d48a-ad1e-43e5-82b6-80f8a893a564 swap swap nofail 0 0
UUID=133e7a74-2fde-4da6-a7cf-da342b744afc /mnt/debian ext4 defaults 1 2
UUID=ae53ef98-93ba-4df1-819b-b42329edcf33 /mnt/slackware ext4 defaults 1 2
UUID=509593ef-4159-4177-8dae-e22914d9c53a /mnt/backup ext4 defaults 1 2
UUID=4EBE9D4C027CF273 /mnt/multimedia ntfs-3g uid=1000,locale=pt_BR.UTF-8 0 0
Observe que em UUID, os valores devem estar sem as aspas!
Depois de alterar, execute:
# mount -a
# update-grub
