Erro no sudo apt do linux

Olá, estou tendo problemas com o meu note. Já tive esse problema antes e tinha conseguido resolver, ai agora fiquei uns 2 meses sem usar esse notebook e n consigo mais usar o sudo apt-get update. Estou começando curso de Banco de dados e sql e preciso baixar o mysql, so que n ta dando. O log ai:

E quando eu vou usar pra instalar agluma coisa fica aparacendo isso:

Vá em programas e atualizações, mude para servidor principal, depois vá em outros programas e desmarque todos PPA, agora atualizar novamente

Corija os Repositórios.

Eu usei esse comando (apt-get dist-upgrade)
e acho que arrumou, ainda fala isso no final quando eu uso sudo apt-get update: E: The repository 'http://virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian focal Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

O erro está em:
The repository 'http://virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian focal Release' does not have a Release file.
