Problemas para acessar o phpmyadmin

Eu instalei o phpmyadmin na minha maquina porém fala que não tenho permissão para acessar.
"You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server."

Eu já configurei a minha conf.d de varias maneiras mas nenhum jeito funcionou.

Alguem poderia me ajudar ?

Atualmente a conf está assim :
