Ajuda com o Grub 2.04

Pessoal fiz uma instalação do linux mint em uma partição separada do windows, ambas estao com o EUFI + Security Boot Mode on.
Porem o meu grub nao aparece ele só aparece com a linha "Grub_Terminal=console" descomentada, segue arquivo de configuração do grub.

O fato é que eu queria instalar um theme para ficar mais apresentavel o grub com o boot do linux e do windows porem ja fiz de tudo e nada funcionou mesmo fazendo todas as configuraçoes e executando o update-grub e o resultado sendo visto no termino do comando

O modelo do notebook é um Dell Vostro 5470. Alguem poderia me dar um help ?

Já tentei não funcionou.

Pior que na versão 19.3 do mint funciona tudo lindo mais na última versão '20' não funciona : /

Uma coisa que notei é que o grub só aparece quando eu aperto f12 que é o boot e seleciono o Ubuntu daí ele aparece. Estranho de mais isso
