Erro ao tentar instalar e remover aplicativos [RESOLVIDO]

Não estou conseguindo instalar nada, sempre que tento da esse erro
Lendo listas de pacotes... Erro!

Tentei remover o spotify e deu o mesmo erro

fiz isso, ai quando vai recarregar da esse erro,
E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ppa.launchpad.net_upubuntu-com_web_ubuntu_dists_xenial_main_binary-amd64_Packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

Bom dia,

Colega, o Spotify pode ser acessado diretamente no browser(web), não precisa instalar em lugar algum!!
