das que eu conheço e poderia recomendar:
manjaro (xfce é o DE oficial!)
Antergos (tem xfce pra escolher durante a instalação)
são RR out-of-the-box
claro que tem também arch linux, caso tenha paciência de configurar.
Não importa a distro que você usa, o que importa é o que você faz com ela.
