Configurar Speedy !!!

Oi pessoal, eu sou novo aqui e queria a ajuda de vcs :).
Bom, eu preciso configurar a speedy aqui nno meu micro, eu utilizo o windows em um HD, este ja esta configurada a internet, e no outro hd o mandriva 2010, porém estou com dificuldades para configura-la. Aguardo ajuda ok!!!

Usa o pppoe pra configurar seu speedy.

Usa o comando:
root@Terminator:~# pppoe-setup

Vai aparecer as informações abaixo:

USER NAME
>>> Enter your PPPoE user name (default bxxxnxnx@sympatico.ca): "Digita seu usario sem aspas"



INTERFACE

For Solaris, this is likely to be something like /dev/hme0.
For Linux, it will be ethn, where 'n' is a number.

FIREWALLING

Apos isso vai aparecer a mensagem abaixo se estiver tudo corrento digite y para aceitar.

Espero que esteje certo essa configuração não tenho speedy aqui pra testar.

eu acho que o comando correto no mandriva pra configura adsl é:

adsl-setup

ou configura pelo MCC Mandriva Centro de Controle-Network e Internet-Configurar uma nova conexão(ADSL ...)

Vale lembrar que essa opção é para modem bridge(conecta com discador no windows).

Outra coisa que deverá fazer é desabilitar a eth para iniciar no boot, caso contrario precisará desconectar manualmente o eth e conectar o ppp0
