Minti 17 tela gigante [RESOLVIDO]

Boa noite. Instalei mint 17, mate; porem as telas, todas estão gigantes. Ja tentei tanta coisa e nada deu certo, Por favor me ajudem, não quero voltar para o windows

Tela gigante? Como assim? Não teria uma imagem?

Já tentou configurar o vídeo?

Já tentou verificação pelo gerenciador de drivers?

-qual configuração do pc? processador? memoria? placa de video?
-poste a saída do comando: lspci

Isso é baixa resolução.

já tentou configurar o vídeo, nas configs do monitor?
que placa de vídeo tem?

abra um terminal e poste a saída deste comando, mesmo que não exista o arquivo:

$ cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf

-já tentou mudar a resoluçao em menu >> aplicativos >> preferencia >>monitor

Abra seu terminal. Tecle menu e veja a foto do terminal e depois digite: xrandr <ENTER>

veja as resoluções e procure a 1024 x 768 ou outra melhor.

digite:

xrandr -s 1 -> o 1 significa o numero de sequencias das telas. No caso aqui é o 1024 x 768. Digite 2,3 e assim por diante escolhendo as configurações desejadas.

-lm17 não dá suporte p/ sua placa de video SIS:
