Source.list vazia [RESOLVIDO]

Quando mando atualizar o synaptic ele fica parado e não atualiza e quando olhei minha source.list, percebi que ela está vazia.
Queria saber quais os endereços que devo colocar na minha source.list, para que o synaptic volte a funcionar.

Uso Linux insigne 5.5

Apos fazer o que a Anna postou vc tambem pode atraves do Synaptic (que eh a forma mais fácil de se configurar a Source.list) adicionar CDs e DVDs tanto do proprio Debian como dos AptonCD que sao CDs e DVDs costomizados por vc mesmo.

o cara usa Insigne 5.5, então não adianta ficar postando sources.list de Debian/Ubuntu.

Tudo bem, eu sei que usa, mas o Insigne também tem seus repositórios próprios, por isso que indiquei a dica que o acvsilva respondeu:

* como não sei em qual release do Debian ele se baseia, ele poderá usar a sua sources.list e SE for o Debian Squeeze, bastará alterar 'lenny' por 'squeeze' e remover a entrada do 'Volatile'.
