gclib e oracle no ubuntu

Seguinte:
Preciso instalar uma ferramenta do Oracle (Developer Suite 10g) numa máquina Ubuntu 8.04. É máquina cliente, mesmo!!!

Baixei os 2 cds de isntalação. No site, diz pra rodar o arquivo runinstaller. Aí começam os problemas... Tem 2: um no raiz do CD e outro em install/linux. O do raiz dá um erro de sintaxe pois parece que só roda em RedHat. O outro roda, mas dá esse erro abaixo. O que eu posso fazer pra solucionar (já instalei o rpm mas não resolveu)???

Bom a princípio observe todas as dependencias. Em seguida ser persistirem os sintomas e ver que não tem jeito, use o Alien. Este pode lhe auxiliar nesta tarefa.
