Galera sou bem bem nova no Ubutu, tentei conectar meu HD EXTERNO PORTÁTELno pc e surge esse erro:
Error mounting /dev/sdb5 at /media/user/OS: Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000" "/dev/sdb5" "/media/user/OS"' exited with non-zero exit status 14: Windows is hibernated, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdb5': Operação não permitida
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
O que posso fazer? Esse hd era de um antigo pc da windows que eu tinha, aí comprei a case e quando tentei abrir ta aparecendo isso.
