Como descobrir qual HD está instalado o sistema

Tenho 3 HDS.

Quero instalar o sistema no HD SSD (Estou por painel de controle em um servidor dos EUA).

Instalei o sistema mas gostaria de saber em qual HD foi instalado o sistema operacional.
