PgAdmin

Debian 10 / pgadmin
Tudo que tenho estava funcionando do nada o Pgadmin passou a não abrir e com a mensagem seguinte:
já desinstalei e instalei e nada:

Alguém pode dá alguma informação do que pode fazer?

de uma olhada nos logs
qualquer coisa posta os logs pra nós de ajudar

Pois é eu até vi uns logs , mas como pensei que iria conseguir solução. Eu desinstalei o Pgadmin4 e reinstalei o que não mudou nada. apaguei-os (logs que haviam) e no momento só consegui achar esses:
