Raid 1 no Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10

bom dia ...

estou tentando botar o raid 1 pra funcionar com o mdadm, mas estou levando peia por eqt :)

# fdisk -l

Disk /dev/sda: 80.0 GB, 80000000000 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 9726 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Qdo tento criar o arranjo, aparece a msg abaixo:

# mdadm -C /dev/md0 --level=raid1 --raid-devices=2 /dev/sda2 /dev/sdb2
mdadm: Cannot open /dev/sda2: Device or resource busy
mdadm: create aborted

Dei uma lidas em alguns artigos postados aqui no vol, mas ñ obtive sucesso.

Alguma ideia?
