Tava pensando se deveria ou não postar isso... De ontem pra hoje, quando postei esse tópico e fui dormir, quando acordei no dia seguinte a bateria não estava em 100% de carga, sendo que ninguem mexeria no meu computador, e mesmo assim estranhamente amanheceu com menos de 100% de carga na bateria sendo que isso nunca aconteceu antes pelo que me lembre.
E como podem ver esse notebook é intel:

Acho que os únicos linux verdadeiramente confiáveis devem ser os inteiramente de código fonte aberto como os linux Libre, exemplos: Musix, Trisquel etc. Infelizmente não estou com um deles instalado para termos a certeza que isso pode quem sabe ser um caso de acesso via hardware e não via drives de outros adicionados ao Kernel.
