Erro ao acessar páginas por fora. [RESOLVIDO]

Bom dia!

Pessoal, estou com o seguinte problema quando vou acessar o ralatorio do sarg por exemplo, aqui dentro da empresa ele roda normal, acesso ele via browser e blza... agora quando vou acessá-lo de casa, via browser tbm, aparece o seguinte erro:

quebrei a cabeça e resolvi sozinho, obrigado pela força de todos em tentar ajudar ;)
