Erro na atualização do Ubuntu Server 12.04 [RESOLVIDO]

Ola pessoal, já vi que neste site existem algumas dúvidas a respeito do que eu vou falar, mas nenhuma delas funcionou comigo.
Eu fiz uma atualização para o Ubuntu 12.04, mas percebi que ele não atualiza nem xingando o servidor.
Já usei os comandos

apt-get update
apt-get clean
apt-get upgrade

já limpei a lista de repositório e atualizei e sempre recebo esta mensagem:

O meu problema aqui era o nameserver
coloquei os da empresa aqui e atualizou tudo!!
