por favor alguém pode me dar uma ajuda fui reiniciar o serviço e deu ruin
dai removi o serviço e fui estalar novamente deu ruin novamente

Veja que a mensagem de erro te aponta e mostra algumas informações:

The Apache error log may have m... 

Olhe no log de erro do apache que fica em "/var/log/apache2/error.log" que vai conter mais informações.

Outro ponto importante na mensagem de erro é o que diz que há um erro de sintaxe no arquivo de configuração do apache. Acho que um simples purge deve resolver sua situação.

apt remove --purge apache2  

Se não resolver use o comando:

tail /var/log/apache2/error.log 

E poste a saída aqui para prosseguirmos.
