Ola Galera toda vez que tento colocar algum programa para iniciar no debian 7.8 ele apresenta o seguinte erro

Cara, se você instalou o bind9 pelo apt-get install e já restartou o serviço, por padrão ele já será carregado durante o boot sem a necessidade de fazer isso com o comando update-rc. Se for esse o caso, o problema está aí.
