NoMachine Nx cliente

Olá !!!
é a primeira vez que participo do fórum, espero encontrar uma solução ... Estou confiante.
Bom ... chega de rodeios né. É o seguinte: Instalei o Nomachine nx server e aparentemente esta ok, só que quando tento conectar do cliente ele chega a logar mas aparece a seguinte mensagem:" Downloading the session information e depois da erro "conection time out" nos detalhes aparece o seguinte erro:
