PROBLEMA COM AS CONFIGURAÇÕES E ENVIO DE MENSAGEM USANDO KANNEL

AMIGO, ABAIXO ESTÃO MEUS ARQUIVOS COMO VOCÊ PODE VER.
MEU MODEM É UM OLIVETTI 160 DA TIM.
QUANDO EU EXECUTO O COMANDO bearerbox -v 0 /etc/kannel.conf ELE FICA ABRINDO E FECHANDO A PORTA. EU NÃO SEI O QUE ESTÁ ACONTECENDO. NÃO CONSIGO ENVIAR MENSAGENS, ELAS SÓ FICAM NA FILA DE ESPERA E SEMPRE DÁ "re-queue"

EU NÃO AGUENTO MAIS, ME AJUDA MOÇO.
