Falha na atualização, Ubuntu 19.04

Olá pessoa,

Não estou conseguindo atualizar o Ubuntu 19, ao final de apt-get update por exemplo retorna:

Lendo listas de pacotes... Pronto

Sobre a máquina:
Linux thetrue 5.0.0-21-generic #22-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 2 13:27:33 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Testei uma source list que achei na net mas retornou o mesmo erro.
Alguém sabe como resolve isso? (Não quero voltar pro Windows!)

No Ubuntu 19.04, é diferente. Entre no arquivo: cd /etc/apt/sources.list.d
Poste todo o resultado: ls

Vou te dar um conselho, não execute comandos simples como esses como root.

Vou sugerir que faça a remoção deste PPA manualmente, vai que vc faz alguma me**d@ aí !!! :)

No terminal: sudo nautilus
Navegue: Sistema de arquivos > etc > apt > sources.list.d
E remova os arquivos com esse nome: ubuntu-flozz-disco.list (todos eles). E por enquanto, somente eles. OK?
Feito isso, feche o Nautilus. No terminal: sudo apt update e veja se apresenta algum sinal de erro.

Funcionou mas não consigo instalar nada! Eu adicionei esse PPA pra instalar o "Cover Thumbnailer" mas não rolou.
Estou quase formatando pra usar o 18.

Formate se você quiser, o sistema e hardware são seus. Mas o Linux não é Windows, no seu caso não precisa formatar.
Abra o Programas e Atualizações, delete tudo (vai pedir senha), deixe apenas habilitado Parceiros da Canonical: > https://imgur.com/jzULVmx

Após, feche e se permitir para recarregar, permita com sua senha (se solicitada).
Atualize novamente no terminal com o comando anterior e poste todo o resultado.

Vá em programas/atualizações depois na aba outros programas desative/elimine todos PPA problemáticos e por último atualize novamente

Lendo informação de estado... Pronto
All packages are up to date.

Todavia não consegui instalar o "Cover Thumbnailer", essa máquina foi formatada ontem,
estou tentando me adptar. Falei que não estava conseguindo instalar "nada" mas tentei de
novo aqui e instalei o virtualbox.

Provavelmente esse PPA, não tem versão para o Ubuntu 19.04. Nem todos os PPAs tem versão específica para a versão corrente. Mas geralmente tem para as versões LTS.

** E cuidado com PPAs!
