ubuntu 10.10 erro fatal [RESOLVIDO]

to com erro fatal no synaptic ele não abre de jeito nenhum o gerenciador de aplicativo apresenta o mesmo erro e o gerenciador de pacotes tambem tentei varias paradas dentre elas
ogix@ogix-P25G:~$ apt-get autoremove
E: Não foi possível abrir arquivo de trava /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (13: Permissão negada)
E: Não foi possível criar acesso exclusivo ao directório de administração (/var/lib/dpkg/), é root?

o micro tá funcionando mas nada atualiza,o erro é
Um problema impossível de se resolver ocorreu enquanto inicializava as informações do pacote.

Por favor relate este erro do pacote 'update-manager' e inclua a seguinte mensagem de erro:

'E:Impossível analisar arquivo de pacote /var/lib/apt/extended_states (1)'

Precisa de privilégios de super-usuário(root) para resolver isso.
No terminal, um comando por vez seguido de <enter>:


su (vai pedir a senha de 'root')

dpkg --configure -a <enter>
apt-get -f install <enter>
apt-get update <enter>
apt-get upgrade <enter>

Esses comandos aplicados na sequência vão corrigir os pacotes quebrados, atualizar os repositórios e atualizar o sistema.
Recomendo copiar e colar, assim não dará erros de sintaxe.

Onde viu isso: 'apt-get autoremove dpkg --configure -a'?
Você pode ferrar seu sistema fazendo coisas erradas assim.
Faça na ordem que escrevi e sem juntar comandos. Uma linha por vez.
Repita todo o processo.

eu sou apenas um leigo tentando se livrar do ruindows hehe
tudo isso aconteceu quando eu removia um programa pela central de programas e faltou luz. brabeira

Geralmente quando acontece isso é necessário reinstalar.
Quedas ou falta de energia durante atualizações é fatal pra qualquer sistema.
Vamos tentar salvar, aguarde mais um pouco.
