Não consigo atualizar Ubuntu 12.04 [RESOLVIDO]

Nem desabilitando no os ppa no Canais de Software....
Não consigo instalar nenhum programa nem pela Central de Programas, que não tem como funcionar.
A mensagem que surge é:
Um problema impossível de se resolver ocorreu enquanto inicializava as informações do pacote.
Por favor relate este erro do pacote 'update-manager' e inclua a seguinte mensagem de erro:
'E:Tipo 'ain' não é conhecido na linha 3 na lista de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list.d/flozz-flozz-precise.list'

Bastou editar o arquivo que a mensagem dizia estar com problemas e isolar a terceira linha com cerquilha. O "ain" parece ser o resto de main...
