instalação da Quickcam pro 5000

Boa tarde abaixei o arquivo "qc-usb-0.6.5.tar.gz" para iniciar a instalação da webcam Logitech quickcam pro 5000 e digitei "make all", aí surgiu a seguinte mensagem:
