webcam e mic interno não funcionam

webcam não funciona
Olá a todos, sou iniciante em linux e tenho um notebook dell Inspiron 14R 5421 que veio com windows 8, coloquei dual boot com Debian jessie, mas na verdade quase nunca uso o windows. Minha webcam integrada e microfone funcionam normalmente no windows, mas não no Debian. Já dei uma olhada em alguns fóruns, mas não consegui resolver.
