Central de Programas do Ubuntu e APT não funcionam quando conectado via Wi-Fi [RESOLVIDO]

Olá amigos do VOL. Estou com um problema, tenho meu notebook conectado a uma rede ad-hoc, pela qual compartilho a internet com outro notebook. E o notebook que recebe a conecção de internet via Wi-Fi(pois o outra esta conectado via ethernet), nao consegue baixar e instalar nenhum programa via APT nem Central de Programas do Ubuntu pois, não encontra a conecção. Minha internet é de 5 mega. Eu assisto até videos do youtube com muito boa qualidade sem travar. Como eu resolvo isso? Porque isso acontece?

Copie e cole aqui o conteúdo do arquivo: /etc/apt/sources.list

aqui esta. mas detalhe,eu nao consigo fazer nada no APT e central de programas do ubuntu que depende de conecçao de rede quando conectado via Wi-fi.
