Configuração das interface de redes [RESOLVIDO]

Olá, gostaria de saber como configurar a interface de rede wlan0, pois não estou conseguindo capitar o sinal de wifi; pois quando digito o caminho /etc/network/interface/ aparece somente a interfaces eth0 e mais cinco arquivos eth0 identificados como interfaces.bak0 ao interfaces.bak5 com esses conteudo:

Mas se vc instalou o sistema e o wifi não funcionou, é pq faltou algum pacote, não precisa mexer nesses arquivos...
Verifique com o comando "sudo ifconfig" e veja se aparece o wlan0... e "sudo ifconfig wlan0 up". Talvez o firmware da placa não esteja instalado, verifique o modelo: "lspci | grep Network".

com o "ifconfig"só aparece eth0 e a lo
