Sim, todas estão em /etc/openvpn.
Como falei, o problema só ocorre quando reinicio o servidor, o serviço openvpn não sobe. Daí tenho que logar com um usuário e rodar ele manualmente daí sobe normalmente.

Como pode ver, ele dá no status que startou o serviço porem não criou a placa virtual. Só cria quando dou o restart.
