Eu já ouvi falar de WinXP dando boot em pen drive.
Há algum outro?

Se por boot fala em algo semelhante a um liveCD/USB de Linux, pesquise por Windows To Go Como colocar o Windows 10 no pendrive (boot)

*Se quiser fazer direto do Windows (O VOL não me parece o local mais adequado para perguntar sobre ele, mas...), procure o software Rufus
